Squadio now has a full-time team of 45 employees spread across the Middle East and North Africa that manages operations, marketing and talent recruitment.

“TASS is different from traditional recruitment services,” Senafi emphasized.

“We like to call it the talent cloud,” he said. “It’s really about building dynamic, flexible teams online to support companies as they build their digital products.”
