This year’s edition of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival attracts 139 publishers from 15 Arab and foreign countries, including 76 publishers from within the UAE, 15 from Lebanon, 7 publishers from Syria, Jordan, Egypt and 5 publishers from the United States. As part of the festival’s activities this year, the tenth edition of the Sharjah Children’s Book Drawing Exhibition will host 23 artistic workshops, featuring 296 illustrators from 48 Arab and foreign countries, including 77 participants from the Arab region, and 219 from foreign countries.

More than 50 Arab publishing houses and Emirati, Arab and foreign illustrators from 12 countries will participate in the Children’s Bookmaking Platform “Horizon”, which aims to support the visual content of the Arab children’s book and promote the children’s book industry in the Arab region. .
