The military is at the root of the problem and at the heart of the crisis. By: Faisal Basma – Sudaniel

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Gracious, and the best prayer and peace be upon our Master Mohammed.

Many believe that the military is the root of the problem and the core of the current political crisis in Sudan, and that the roots of many political and administrative problems go back to the beliefs prevailing among some of the military, from junior and senior ranks, that they are the “guardians” of the interests of all Sudanese peoples. And that the army is the most worthy to accept the leadership of management and administration, and that they are solely the “symbol” that carries the burden and protects the homeland! !! And these concepts are ingrained in the minds of many soldiers and civilians until they are almost taken for granted …

What causes great concern, surprises, and confuses the political scene, and makes it very difficult, is that there is a section of the ordinary simple Sudanese, as well as their “high-ranking” elites. The army is in command, guardianship, and takes control of the country to govern and manage the affairs of the state and servants …

And many believe that the roots of many political crises in Sudan are due to the sovereignty and tyranny of this concept (guardianship of the army) over public order, and the right of the army to seize power by force of arms whenever they want and will, and in the army’s exclusive opinion, decision and imposition It is on others, and in the army’s narrow-mindedness with the opposition and contempt of the other opinion, and in accepting not guidance and criticism …

And many think / believe that many political alliances and military coups in Sudan have a close relationship with the decision-making centers in the northern Nile Valley, and that they have ties to a year that Al-Bakbashi (Lieutenant-Colonel) Gamal Abdel Nasser and his companions in the “Free” officers’ movement in the third And the twenty (23) July in the year 1953 AD when they took over the power with armed force and gained control of the joints of the state, and which followed that “movement”. of tradition and the various military coups (hakuna … hakuna) movements that swept the Arab and African worlds …

And the suspicion / conviction that these authoritarian military beliefs stem from the principles and curricula of education and training in military institutions, the hollow of heroes and men’s factories, which the dayyachi (military) teaches that he is in the ranks of the highest degree, and that the dayashi is far exalted above man The ordinary (civil) royal, for it is a “number” that has weight and scope:

If they take back the property …

Diashi weighs a hundred …

Probably the basis of the problem lies in Dayashi’s belief that the royal (civil) status syndromes mean: laxity, lack of discipline, loss of ability to work, action and performance, all of which lead to incompetence and failure, and that only the army possesses the superstitious and exceptional abilities that enable it It has ensured their success in leadership, administration and management matters by reproducing and transmitting declining hierarchical compliance in the implementation of military orders and their application in civilian life. The origin is in obedience. and the implementation of higher orders, with the postponement of liability, discussion and review, if any, to the post-implementation stage.

And it seems that the military does not know / understand, or perhaps they do not have the desire to learn or understand the nature of political action and civilian rule, where the origin is acceptance of others and respect for dissenting opinions. , freedom of exchange of opinions and ideas, peaceful transfer of power, and in The plurality of authorities, and in the discussion of the reasons behind the decisions, and in the study of the details of matters which may lead to a long and tedious dialogue led by objections, criticisms and reservations, followed by proposals and then amendments, before using a vote leading to acceptance or rejection …

Many believe that the root of the problem lies in the army’s beliefs / beliefs in their “exceptional” leadership abilities, and in their political alliances and conclusions that have repeatedly led to hasty interventions, to undermine the constitution, to break the law , to seize. power through armed force, and to use force. And oppression, oppression and murder to establish the pillars of rule, and in their practice of domination, tyranny, tyranny, corruption and supremacy over people after they have been empowered …

And that the problem lies in the army’s preoccupation with politics and the economy, and in their involvement in ethnic, tribal and regional conflicts, and in their immersion in intellectual and political struggle and in everything unrelated to the army and the army. not …

And the essence of the crisis is in the army’s abandonment of their basic tasks of mastering martial arts in defending the homeland, defending the external enemy, maintaining security, respecting the law and upholding the constitution. …

And that the biggest problem lies in the misunderstanding of these tasks, and in the intellectual and cultural absence that accompanies accompanying military coups, and in attempts to brainwash and deceive the simple through emotional political discourse that uses / exploits intellectual doctrines and religion in order to popular to mobilize. support and with the aim of intimidating opponents and terrorizing and silencing …

And that the root of the problem lies in linking concepts such as: the nation, the people, the state, patriotism and prosperity, progress, glory, glory and all that is favorable to the security and military institutions and to the personalities of the president, the military leader and his “free” companions, without any exception from all state institutions. All the characters …

And that the origin of the complications in the connection of the fatherland to the army alone without the rest of the state institutions and other professions, so that the national day and the commemoration of independence and many other national events in the nation’s imagination are connected with armies . and military (marches), and with soldiers running on the roads, echoing the majesty, and With the Commander-in-Chief in an honorary outfit adorned with stars, swords and insignia, he sits on top of the platform, surrounded by the result and the guards, watching the crowds behind luxurious sunglasses as the TV screens show the army’s heavy and light weapons, and the squadrons of warplanes break through the sound barrier, causing great inconvenience !! ! …

The question:

Mr. President, the leader, and these deadly / ruling / capable armies (what did you do) regarding the development of the country of Sudan: people and resources? …

the answer:

The catastrophic failure in all areas and the lack of development …

And this is the land of Sudan, and it is divided in two, and (the rest blames God) …

And that’s the thief’s killer, and he’s the ultimate protector …

It seems that the political basis in Sudan is:

– Annoyance with the other and his opinion and refuge to conspiracies, intrigues and military coups to resolve political differences …

To turn a blind eye to financial and administrative corruption, arrest, torture and murder …

Misunderstanding of the principle of God’s forgiveness of the above

And the truth is:

The glory of the army is limited to civil wars and military coups, and to the killing of the sons of the country, the armed and defenseless, and to the insult of their dignity and the displacement of them …

The protection of the borders and the defense of the country is done by defending with intentions, consideration and the weapon of supplication !!! …

The conclusion and reality are:

The army in Sudan is the core of the problem and the root of many political crises, the army that got into everything and interfered and did not even rule out stories !!! And it turns out that (which is preferred for the military) other than entering the bedrooms and wombs, it determines the type of births to provide male factories of rough male sex …

The axiom is that:

The origins are in the professional, professional armed forces led by leaders with clear minds, well-trained and qualified leaders who are well acquainted with their role and tasks …

There is no doubt that armies play a crucial role in defending the security and protecting the interests of the people …

The real protection of the people’s interests is in the preservation of the constitution and the respect for freedoms and rights, and that is by working in the state of authorities and institutions …

The solution to the problems, crises and dilemmas facing the country is through social dialogue, political understanding and national consensus, and in civilian government that is compatible with its tools and the form of its powers and institutions …

And certainly not the solution in:

– Warfare and the use of dashboards, darts, launchers and Antonovs with burning barrels …

To incite regional and tribal strife, incite the masses of the poor and motivate them to commit violence and terrorism …

Corruption and corruption …

The sign of the ignorant killer …

And many believe that there is no alternative to the state of justice and institutions, and that the establishment of the professional national army plays a key role in maintaining the security of the Sudanese peoples, and in securing the land of the homeland, the constitution and the dignity of the citizen …

And many believe that the army should not interfere in matters of politics, government and the economy, but if the “honest” army wants its newspaper free from committing irregularities, killing people and plundering the country’s wealth in the practice of politics, he must evade (take off) the khaki (official uniform). for the army) and wear my royal (civilian) …

And no guardianship …

And without a word …

NB:

The definition of the army does not include rebels, Janjaweed militias and mercenaries …

And praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and best prayer and peace to our Master Mohammed.
