Sales totaled AED 600 million, with all units sold in the Grove Museum Views, Grove Beach Views and Grove Uptown Views buildings.

Non-resident buyers accounted for 37% of total sales, representing the largest demand in this category for any of Aldar’s projects, and is also clear evidence of Abu Dhabi’s attractiveness as a preferred investment destination for international clients. Residents within the country accounted for 27% of total sales, while Emirati customers accounted for the remaining percentage. In view of the great demand for the units of the three buildings, Aldar announced the launch of a fourth building, “Grove Gallery Views”, the units of which are available for sale. The residential units available to buyers of all nationalities are highly competitive, with studio apartments from AED 905,000, one-bedroom apartments from AED 1,400,000, and two-bedroom apartments from AED 2,399,000.
