When human civilization produced what was known as modernity, and modernity is a school of thought that has theories in all intellectual, artistic and creative fields, as well as social, political and bureaucratic … etc. Where, in general, “human” and global concepts and values ​​have matured over freedom, collective values, art and literature as global languages, the most prominent thing produced by that stage is the model of the modern state, although it was a conceptual and value framework, but it was certainly expressed in the form of a state of institutions, systems of government, social and political sciences, and everything that would frame this stage and express it materially and morally about it was at its core the industrial revolution centered in the West. reasons that are not within the framework of the research in this article, and it played a crucial role, as it had a major impact on modernity in terms of a large group of aspects, of which perhaps the most prominent is the production of wealth and its concentration in the West, in addition to the production of military power that was clearly used and did not require research and demonstration in The “traditional colonial” industry, through which Western countries, armed and using bureaucratic, scientific and military means and concepts of “modernity,” occupied most of the other world countries. For its proportion (East and South), it deliberately sowed the seeds of ideological conquest to gain more control and to perpetuate its permanence.

Edward Said describes in his book “Orientalism” that process, which was one of the instruments and products of modernity and traditional colonialism, as “an exaggeration of difference”, and then followed up with more explanation when he defined one of its frameworks has as “a powerful instrument of political domination.”

This simultaneous and largely coordinated struggle was an expression of an intellectual dialectic in the general system that seeks to formulate new patterns, which will give birth to a general intellectual model that has many common specifications and foundations, which in turn do not the necessary differences between here and there. All this is in principle not within the framework of classification (good / evil), as it is a natural development of life according to Hegel’s dialectic (a hypothesis and its opposite produces a new hypothesis, and it is constantly repeated, and the new replaces the hypothesis and so on), but it is a stage and a human human condition that carries many negatives and many also Among the positive, as a true expression of human life, is its quest for the prevailing and traditional change and replace it with something more dynamic and expressive of human needs.Reality seems to me to be good, while its passion to break global titles and shake great values, including the destruction of the spaces of cities and productive communities on the heads of their people, appear I have a grimace and danger that needs resistance and rethinking.
