Hossam Sadiq, Executive Director of the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance, said that the comprehensive health insurance digital transformation project, which is being carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, is progressing well by benefiting from the experiences of international development partners in the medical sector, which contributes to strengthening management and ensuring the overall quality of services delivered to beneficiaries. He explained that the program aims to make it possible to book medical services in the new system through a electronic application on mobile phones, which contributes to the facilitation of the citizens.
