Training programs are implemented at the National Telecommunications Institute branch of the Digital Egypt Creativity Center in Minya Governorate, with the possibility of implementing some courses through interactive distance learning.

Dr. Amr Talaat emphasized in his speech that the strategy of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology aims to establish a Digital Egypt Creativity Center in each governorate with investments of 4.2 billion pounds; He called on young people to follow up on the rest of the initiatives launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and complete the process of learning and development to keep pace with global technological developments.
During the meeting, Eng Amr Mahfouz, CEO of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), indicated that more than 2,600 young people have been trained in the programs offered by the government in the Digital Egypt Innovation Center in Minya. In addition, 70 start-up companies at all stages were incubated, including those that succeeded in obtaining investments.
Dr. Heba Saleh, Director of the Information Technology Institute, explained that more than 2,000 young people have been trained in the institute’s programs at the Digital Egypt Innovation Center in Minya, and that young people have enrolled in programs to develop self-employment skills, earning returns through freelance platforms of about 26 thousand dollars, before they graduated from the award.
Dr. Eman Ashour, Director of the National Telecommunications Institute, reviewed the institute’s efforts within the Digital Egypt Creativity Center in Minya, where nearly 1,500 young people have been trained.
At the end of the meeting; Dr. Amr Talaat and Major General Osama El-Kady presented certificates to examples of graduates of the training programs offered by the Digital Egypt Creativity Center in Minya.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is deploying Egypt’s digital innovation centers in the governorates with the aim of promoting creativity, encouraging and stimulating innovative work, supporting entrepreneurs and providing technical training to qualify young people for the requirements of the local and international labor market in the field of information technology and entrepreneurship. Where the centers include specialized technological laboratories, training centers, holding seminars and workshops, and technology incubators to create and develop the capabilities of emerging companies and connect young people, investors and large international and local companies operating in the fields of the support of creativity and entrepreneurial work. .
The first phase of the project included the establishment of 8 Digital Egypt Creativity Centers, and work is underway to establish 19 other centers.
The program of Dr. Amr Talaat’s visit to the Minya governor will include the inspection and inauguration of a number of communication, information technology and postal projects on the initiative of a decent life in the villages of the governor.
