It is noteworthy that the value of housing loans approved within one year amounts to 4.8 billion dirhams, including 4,764 approvals to date, as part of the implementation of the housing program launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, last September , with a historic budget of 65 billion dirhams for the twenty years.
