Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company will participate in Cityscape Egypt 2022 with several offers on villas with prices ranging from 16 to 40 million pounds in its City Gate project in New Cairo.
The money toured the Qatari Diar Pavilion at the headquarters of the Cityscape Egypt exhibition, which was held from September 21 to 24; The project came back to life after years of hiatus.
Al-Diyar offers for sale several villas of various sizes, including units with a land area of 500 meters and a building area of 335 meters, at a price of approximately 16 million pounds.
Villas of more than 40 million pounds
Al Diar also offers villas at prices close to 21 and 22 million pounds for areas of 425 square meters and 700 meters for the whole country.
Al Diar owns villas for sale with an area of 425 square meters of land and 300 square meters of buildings, and they will be sold at a price of more than 40 million pounds and in a privileged location.
Al Mal learned that the units offered for sale represent the completion of the first phase of the project, and apartments will be offered in the coming period.
The project includes all the necessary services for the residents in terms of the sports club, the golf area, and the administrative, commercial and health units.

In October 2021, Qatari Diar announced the start of the implementation of the first phase of the City Gate project, with a value of EGP 1 billion; At a ceremony attended by Salem Mubarak Al Shafi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Egypt, and Eng. Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects
Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, and Sheikh Hamad bin Talal Al Thani, Director of Development and Projects Department in Egypt, Sudan and Eritrea at Qatari Diar Company, also attended.
The celebration witnessed the signing ceremony of Bawabat Al Sharq New Cairo Real Estate Investment Company – one of Qatari Diar companies in Egypt – with the Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC) to contract for the implementation of the first phase of the project.
During his participation in the celebration, Eng. Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects, said: We hope that we will also participate in starting the second and third phase as soon as possible, as this project is a good addition.
He added: The Ministry of Housing and the Urban Communities Authority is proud of the scale of the achievement that has taken place in the area around the project, and the “City Gate” site has become more distinguished than before, as it has a great advantage, which is that it is located directly next to the New Administrative Capital.
Diyar continues to expand
He continued: We hope that the pace of implementation of the project’s phases will accelerate to join the administrative capital, and we will support the project and overcome any obstacles it faces. We stand with serious companies, and Qatari Diar is one of the largest and most distinguished companies.”

As for the City Gate project, it is a continuation of the company’s ongoing approach. It is expected to provide around 200,000 jobs in the local labor market during the project implementation period, apart from the jobs that will be created after the implementation of the project. .

City Gate will represent one of the major additions to the company’s investments in Egypt, where its value will reach nearly $12 billion upon completion.
Sheikh Hamad bin Talal Al Thani, Director of Development and Projects Department in Egypt, Sudan and Eritrea at Qatari Diar, for his part said: “We are witnessing the start of the implementation of the first phase of the great City Gate project , and what sets it apart is that it is located on an area of 5.8 million square meters and offers 200,000 jobs.
He added: “The City Gate project enjoys a unique strategic location in the heart of New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, and is considered a self-sufficient city with an integrated community that provides many services,
It includes 24,500 residential units of various sizes, ranging from detached villas, townhouses, semi-detached houses and apartments, overlooking a very large 18-hole golf course.
The project also offers many luxury facilities, including community centers in all neighborhoods, schools, international hotels, a sports club, a business complex with an area of 720,000 square meters, a medical complex and 300,000 square meters of entertainment and retail spaces. all of which is planned and implemented according to international specifications.”
The first phase of the City Gate project includes the construction of 430 units, and the works covered by the new contract include the construction and completion of all villas, which must be delivered within 24 months.
The project is located 30 km southeast of Cairo, and only 30 minutes from Cairo International Airport.
