Located on the westernmost tip of the island with stunning ocean views from Virgin Gorda, the 18,100 square foot (1,681 square meter) Village Estate sits on 3.5 acres (1.4 hectares).

The rate of £16,745 ($19,000) per night is a low-season starting rate and sleeps up to 18 people.

The limited edition Virgin is available exclusively with exclusive purchase, and he says the property’s future technology and exotic amenities set it apart.

Designed to be a “home away from home”, each of The Village’s nine guest rooms serves as a secluded retreat, with an en-suite bathroom, private living area and a spacious balcony or patio.

The jewel in the crown is the two-story master suite, with a circular design that not only creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, but also a 360-degree wraparound balcony that offers breathtaking views.

Clearly designed for those who like to party, the main house of the village is an entertainment center meant to be a “lighthouse of sorts” sitting proudly atop a hill.

This is where guests will find a hidden DJ booth overlooking a two-story infinity pool for the ultimate party, and due for completion in 2023, the glass-bottom hot tub tumbles over a cliff edge.

The main building also has a communal bar that merges with the uniquely designed living areas, leading to a spiral staircase that leads to the property’s roof.
