Notes: This is the last of three Korn Shuttle Tour Finals events to determine the 25 players who will win PGA Tour tickets for the upcoming season. … The winner with the highest point in the finals is completely exempt (not subject to redistribution) and wins a spot in the Players Championship. … former PGA Tour winner Austin Cook was among six players who received return tickets to the tournament finals last week. …Harry Higgs, playing in his first Masters of the year, missed the Korn Ferry Tour Finals. He will still have conditional status on next year’s PGA Tour if he doesn’t get his ticket. …Justin Lauer is about to win one of his 25 cards and he probably won’t need it. He is expected to move up to the top 125 players in the FedEx Cup, depending on the number of players suspended to join LIV Golf. … the Victoria National is the thirteenth course used in the 1993 Korn Shuttle Tour.

That number was doubled when Ashley Buhay won the England Women’s Open and Paula Reto won in Canada last week. …Reto was his fourth straight first-time winner on the LPGA Tour, the longest streak since 2005. …Last year’s course was shortened to 54 holes when the final round was flooded with rain. NASA Hatooka led six shots. …Lucy Lee, who already has a ticket for next year’s Epson Tour, rallied from 10th place in Canada last week. … The field is missing the top two players in the women’s world rankings, Jin Young-koo and Nelly Korda, but the rest of the players are in the top 10.

He is playing at the LIV Golf Invitational outside of Boston this week. … Adri Arenaus at 67th is the highest player in the field. …Slovakia’s Rory Sabatini is competing in his third straight European Tour event since the end of the PGA Tour season. … Jamie Lovemark plays composed. He finished 152nd on the Korn Shuttle Tour and did not qualify for the Korn Shuttle Tour Finals. … Wallace died in the field. He won in Denmark in 2018 and lost in a playoff last week. Wallace can earn a full spot on the PGA Tour next year by breaking into the top 125 in the FedEx Cup with LIV Golf splits.
