Prince Khaled bin Al-Waleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Arada, confirmed that the company aims to record sales of 5,000 real estate units during the next year 2023 within its development projects “Nesma”, “Jada” and “Masar ”, in addition to his new project “Juili. Hills” within “Jumeirah Golf Estates”.
Bin Talal explained that Arada has succeeded in delivering 2,600 housing units in each of the “Nesma” and “Jada” projects. It also aims to achieve total sales of 3 billion dirhams by the end of 2022.
Prince Khaled revealed in detail that Arada has acquired a new plot of land within Jumeirah Golf Estate to develop an integrated complex of residential villas and luxury palaces, which will include 297 units, the first phase of which has been launched with 100 units for sale.
Prince Khaled bin Al-Waleed bin Talal added that the company is preparing to unveil its fifth project within the Palm Jumeirah during the first quarter of 2023, and construction is planned to start in the middle of next year and will last 24 months.
Regarding Arada’s future plans, Prince Khaled explained that the company has all the ingredients and capabilities to expand and enter strategic markets as we look forward to more projects in Dubai and also study opportunities in Abu Dhabi. As for the regional level, the company plans to win the best investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia in all From Riyadh and Jeddah.
