Non-resident buyers accounted for around 10% of total sales, reflecting Abu Dhabi’s attractiveness as a destination of choice for international customers. Residents within the country accounted for 5% of total sales, while Emirati customers accounted for the remaining 85%. Aldar’s strategy to expand its customer base continues to be a huge success, with 95% of first-time buyers investing in Aldar projects.
