Deyaar begins handover of Misk and Noor districts in the premium residential complex Midtown

Dubai: Deyaar Development PJSC (“Deyaar”) today announced the start of the handover of “Noor”, the third district in the integrated residential complex “Midtown”, and “Misk”, the fourth district within the same complex.

The “Misk” and “Noor” areas include more than 900 residential units, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Handover of the Misk area will begin on February 14, 2023, ahead of the scheduled handover deadline, and residents will be allowed to move in from mid-February. While the “Noor” area will be delivered on schedule by the end of June 2023.

“Deyaar” has thus delivered more than 2,200 units within the four phases of the “Midtown” residential complex. The company handed over the “Afnan” area in 2019, followed by the delivery of the “Dania” area in 2020. More than 1,100 families currently live in the Midtown project.
